いったんアプリを終了し、再度起動してください。改善しない場合は、iOSのバージョンと端末の機種を添えてご連絡ください。
「設定」タブ →「言語」から、英語・日本語・韓国語・中国語（簡体字／繁体字）・タイ語・スペイン語に切り替えられます。端末の言語設定とは独立して選べます。
使えます。全76シーンとクイズは端末内に入っており、インターネット接続は不要です。機内モードのままでも動作します。
引き継げません。ブックマークと表示言語は端末内にのみ保存され、外部のサーバーには送信していません。アプリを削除すると消えます。
買い切りのアプリです。同じApple IDであれば、App Storeの「アカウント」→「購入済み」から再ダウンロードできます。追加の支払いは発生しません。
返金はAppleが取り扱っています。reportaproblem.apple.com から手続きしてください。開発者側では返金の操作ができません。
ご指摘ください。マナーには地域差・店ごとの違いがあり、アプリでは一般的とされる作法を扱っています。実態と食い違う箇所があれば、どのシーンかを添えてご連絡ください。
Close the app and open it again. If that doesn't help, email us with your iOS version and device model.
Settings tab → Language. English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Thai, and Spanish are available, independently of your device language.
Yes. All 76 scenes and the quiz are stored on your device. No internet connection is required, even in airplane mode.
No. Bookmarks and your language choice are stored only on your device and are never sent to a server. Deleting the app removes them.
This is a one-time purchase. With the same Apple ID, re-download it from App Store → Account → Purchased. There is no additional charge.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot process refunds.
